After a convincing win over Springfield Catholic in the Pink and White Tournament, winning a second time in less than two weeks might be even more difficult. No problem, as the Lady Houn's defeated the Fighting Lady Irish 50-36 Monday at home.

Aurora (5-10) took the lead early in the first quarter and never looked back. They won the first quarter 16-7 and then led 22-17 at the break.

Only 13 total points were tallied in the third quarter, seven by Aurora.

But solid free-throw shooting in the fourth helped the Lady Houn's to the win, 50-36.

Baylee Hilton led Aurora with 16 points, while Jordan Hall chipped in 11.

The Lady Houn's will travel to Monett Thursday, with game action beginning at 6 p.m.
