A close game turned into a blowout by the time it was over Friday night, as the Indians defeated Aurora 66-48.
Seneca hit three treys in the opening quarter but Aurora maintained a slim lead 17-15 after one, and that is when the Houn' Dawg offense went cold. Aurora managed just 8 points in the second quarter, followed by 9 in the third.
The game got out of hand after Seneca outscored Aurora 23-9 in the third quarter.
Andrew Parker led Aurora with 16 points.
Aurora returns to action Tuesday vs. Cassville.
